Condition:
The book has been nicely and professionally re-bound in modern hardcovers. The original front cover, spine, and back cover have been preserved - each has been adhered onto a blank page at the back. Clean covers; some light soiling on the spine. Tight binding with no cracks and no loose pages. Bright gilt page edges on all sides of the text block. Sporadic mild foxing to the pages with occasional stains and smudges here and there. Overall the book is in Good+ condition.
