Clean and Near Fine in its 1/2 dark suede over crimson cloth. Bright gilt-titling along the front panel and spine. And in a crisp, Near Fine example of the pictorial, duotone dustjacket. Thick quarto, 1,096 pgs. all told. The calligraphy, which nicely complements the text, is by Kazuko Okamoto. Also includes a sharp example of the publisher's printed cardboard slpcase, which no doubt accouts for the superb condition of the book.
