Covers bordered in gilt with gilt lettered and decorated spine, marbled endpapers, and with several fold-out maps. xviii + Pp556. Includes index. Raised spine bands quite rubbed, corners moderate-heavily worn, and boards somewhat scuffed else very good. 510 grams.
