The Company of Booksellers, 1775. Hardcover. Good. 6.5000 4.0000. Sixth edition, stated. Scarce. Four volumes, full leather. Spines somewhat faded and have very minor creasing due to reading. Hinges sturdy. Occasional foxing, most pages clean. Fold-outs tanned at edges. Blackening at the top right edge of spine of vol. 4 and at bottom front edge of vol. 3. Minor mottling at back side of vol. II. Occasional neatly underlined/bracketed/notated passages. Otherwise clean, bindings tight. A very nice set for its age. Feel free to ask for photos.
