Gift notation on half title page. DJ is price clipped,stained at top of spine and top of front and back cover with some chips and tears along edges.
Synopsis
History of the Civil War- Opening with the Democratic Convention in Charleston, April 1860 with an almost festive atmosphere, it closes with a nation torn apart by the first Battle of Bull Run.
