Black leather boards with stamped gilt and silver lettering and design, five raised bands on spine with silver lettering, color illustrated flyleaves, ix, 406 pp, profusely illustrated in bw and color illustrations throughout. This collector's edition has been specially bound in leather and signed by the author, R.L. Wilson. Title page: "The official history of Colt firearms from 1836 to the present with over 300 illustrations in full color." Photographs by Sid Latham. Includes bibliographical references (pages 392-393) and index.
