Philadelphia: George W. Jacobs & Co. Book. Illus. by Yoshio Markino. VG+. Cloth. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Blue cloth with gilt tiles and rules to front and gilt tiles to spine. Top page edges gilt. 262 pp. No date given but circa 1920. An introduction by Douglas Sladen, and an essay by the Artist. 48 Illustrations and 12 sepia plates. Errata slip tipped in at the title page (SCARCE thus) .Frontispiece. This copy is VG+. Exterior is rich and clean. Gilt is bright.Minimal rubbing. Tips have minimal wear and top/bottom of spine with with modest crimping. Inside is unmarked, clear, and firmly bound. Only a hint of even toning. Very nice. Unusual to find this publisher's version and in this condition..
