Index to Maps, districts, suburbs and railway stations showing suburban mileages & maps. Advertising throughout. 434 pp, 4.75 x 6", cardboard covers with color illustration, blue cloth binding. All fold out maps present (map size: 8 x 11.5"). Front illustrated cover and back chipped, binding sturdy, interior b&w, some corners folded, very clean.
