"It is based upon the collection of overruled cases published by Professor Greenleaf, and comprises all the cases to be found in his work and upwards of fifteen hundred cases added by the present compiler. The last edition of Professor Greenleaf's work, was published so far back as 1840, and has long since been out of print." 548 pp. Leather covers with red and black title bars on spine. Covers in Fair condition as they are very dirty with rubbing and tears to faces, corners are bent, corners and edges are rubbed (some places to boards), spine ends are bent. Previous owners' names written on front inside cover and front free endpaper. Browning, foxing and some light water stains throughout interior pages. Spine is tight. Book in Good+ condition. . Fourth Edition. Leather. Good+. Size: Approx. 5 3/4" x 9". Law.
