Stockholm, 1900. First editions, offprints. In early 20th century half cloth, publisher's blank, grey wrappers bound into. (Emanuel) Beke. Deaccessioned library stamps on the front free endpaper and the first page, shelfmark in pencil on the front wrapper of the first paper and on front free endpaper. Handwritten index on front endpapers in ink, probably in Beke's hand. In very good condition.. First editions, offprints. In early 20th century half cloth, publisher's blank, grey wrappers bound into. Four works are inscribed by the author to Julius Petersen in Frech. From the collection of Manó (Emanuel) Beke.

Eleven early papers by the Swedish mathematician Ivar Otto Bendixson (1861-1935), best known for his prove of the Poincaré-Bendixson theorem. Four of the papers are inscribed to the Danish mathematician Julius Petersen (1839-1910). At a certain point the collection was in the library of the Hungarian mathematician Manó (Emanuel) Beke.
