Etc., Furnishing all the Necessary Information Concerning the Country, for the Settler, the Business Man, the Merchant, the Farmer, the Importer & the Professional Man. 176 pp. Advertisements on front and back inside covers, three more advertisements at conclusion of text. Rust cloth covers with gilt lettering on front and black design on front and back covers. Cover corners are bumped and rubbed, edges rubbed, scuffing to cover faces, spine ends are bent and fraying. Front free endpaper is torn at spine edge and is nearly separated from rest of book. Endpapers are browning. Very light foxing to page edges, interior pages have some light browning, otherwise tight and clean. Book in VG- condition.. Cloth. Very Good-. Illus. by Advertisements. Size: Approx. 6 " x 9 1/4". Immigration.
