London: T. Werner Laurie, 1921. Gilt titles with gilt ornate motifs to front on dark blue cloth blind embossed ruled. Little discernible wear nor marks with gilt and boards very clean and bright. Top edge blue, fore and lower edges uncut. Internally very clean, tight and unmarked apart from an infrequent touch of light foxing. Grey endpapers and 85 photographic illustrations. Not dated but probably c.1921 as auction prices are up to that date. A Very Good+ copy of this excellent work which is the result of twenty five years search for antique furniture, prints, china, paintings and other works of art, copiously pictured with many fine examples.
