Light board soil. Light fore edge soil.Text pages are clean.Illustrations by Frank Utpatel. Black and white illustrated dust jacket noticeably tanned. Light soil and edge wear. Small nick to upper front edge. $4.00 price is present on front flyleaf. Looks nice in new protective mylar. Always carefully wrapped and shipped in cardboard boxes to protect your purchase.

Sauk City: Arkham House, 1963. First Edition. Near Fine/Near Fine. Illustrated by Frank Utpatel. First edition, first printing in original, unclipped ($4.00), jacket in protective sheet. A collection of poetry from H. P. Lovecraft and edited by August Derleth. Jacket is in near fine condition with small chipping on interior front flap corner - otherwise fine. Bound in black cloth over boards with gilded lettering on the spine. Short (1/4 inch) scratch on front board and very lightly bumped head of spine. Otherwise, it is solid, square, and with sharp corners. Small booklate on upper left corner of front pastedown. The interior is clean, clear, and in excellent condition. This copy is signed by Frank Utpatel, the illustrator, with a "Sincerely" above it -- not personalized. Light browning to spine of jacket, very light bumping to top and bottom of book spine. Book appears unread. In Gaylord jacket protector. A nice copy. TW
