New York: Josiah Macy, Jr. Foundation, 1954. 1st Edition 1st Printing. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 1954 FIRST EDITION. Original green cloth with gilt lettering spine. The book is in clean condition with minor rubbing to tips of corners (= some loss of color), solid binding, no previous owner marks or writing on any pages, tiny foxing to fore-edge of text block but no foxing to page faces. The original dust jacket has some browning to spine, clean, very minor edge wear. The book measures 2235mm tall x 158mm, and has 242 pages, several b/w photos, a couple of color photos, several graphs and diagrams, index. PHOTOS ARE OF THE ACTUAL BOOK BEING OFFERED.
