[vi],270 pp. Publisher's green cloth, gilt-stamped spine title, decorative device printed in white to upper board. Pencil ownership to ffep. Cloth shows light insect damage at spine; and the printed device on the front cover is abraded. Bookblock is slightly overopened at one place. Text and illustrations are clean. About very good.
