Lower corner of front cover has large wrinkle from the corner being bent. Cover is either leather or leatherette. Has a label inside front cover says compliments of the Officers and Directors Texas Medical Center, Inc. Front flyleaf has R. Lee Clark, Jr. Signature, date and inscription to named individuals. The author signed on title page; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 272 pages .
