Written during the Texas Sesquicentennial honoring the 70th anniversary of the Mobley Hotel operated by Conrad Hilton, his first hotel. Facsimile signatures of Mrs. Loyd, H. L. Mobley and Conrad M. Hilton on page opposite dedication page. 100 pp. Bright, crisp and clean copy with very slight right lean. Dust jacket is also bright and clean with light rubbing and edgewear.
