Christmas At the Little Zoo

Paperback book in very good condition. No writing or pencil or ink marks, bright pretty colors, white bear on the cover is a fuzzy bear. White plastic comb binding. Some of the pages are a little wavy.<p> Has a bright green cardboard box that houses the book, but this box is not the original box. The bright green box fits the Christmas book and looks really nice, no broken corners .<p> It is really hard to find a book with all the toys and working pop ups. This book is missing a balloon, I see no copyright date but probably from the 1950's I <li> 1. This book comes with the ruler (extends to 57" tall), that is inside the front cover in the pocket<p> <li> 2. The Xmas tree game on the back has the unpressed out ornaments in the pocket on the inside front cover.<p> <li> 3. Pocket has a ticket to the zoo<p> <li> 4. Pocket has a little zoo banner<p> <li> 5. Both pop ups are in very good condition<p> <li> 6. An elephant ring ell is attached to page <p> <li> 7. Missing a balloon<p> <li> 8. A piece of red candy is attached to page 16 at the bottom left hand side. The candy has left a residue on the right hand bottom side.<p> <li> 9. On page 19 at the left hand side are four greeting cards with three of the envelopes tucked into a red strip holder. A nice collectible book , and the missing red balloon would not be hard to replace.
