New York: Warner Books Inc., 1990. Book. Very Good. Hardcover. Folio - over 12 - 15" tall. Scarlet cloth with title in gilt on spine. Condition: Very good, with very light shelfwear to covers. Signed by Christiane Kubrick on half-title. Dustjacket condition: Good, with light shelfwear. There is some quite heavy sunning to spine and the top one and a half inches of rear cover of jacket as well as a vertical strip of sunning of one and a half inches width to the rear cover of the jacket where it meets the spine. 12pp. introduction by Marina Vaizey followed by 73 colour plates. The German-born artist Christiane Kubrick (b.1932) was married to the film director Stanley Kubrick until his death in 1999. Her paintings are mostly still lifes and landscapes and are radiant, luminous and colourful..
