Size is octavo (8vo), 8.75"/22cm h. Bound in publisher's blue cloth boards, gilt lettering to spine. Glossy color pictorial dj. Plain white endpapers. 203 numbered pp, plus five blank. Three sections: Trends in Catholic Spirituality; Orthodox Spirituality; and Evangelical Spirituality. Condition notes: unclipped dj shows numerous small tears and chips, mainly at folds, and is tanned. Spine slightly cocked. Spine ends rolled, corners bumped. General good color retention to boards with slight sunning to top edge; light soiling to fore-edge. Former owner's name to head ffep, else interior tanned but unmarked; one page has a relic fold. A very good condition time capsule from 1968. We personally inspect every book we offer.

Furrowed Brow Books was established in 2020. The bookstore's owner, Paul Purman, grew up in an old farmhouse full of books. Paul had been providing online booksales since 2008 through several popular online sales venues. In 2021 Paul was accepted as a member of the Independent Online Booksellers' Association (IOBA), and graduated from the annual Colorado Antiquarian Book Seminar (CABS-Minnesota).

Furrowed Brow Books' goal is to offer an eclectic selection, while providing specialty offerings in Eastern Orthodoxy and Byzantine civilization, theology, Christian mysticism, science fiction/fantasy (Inklings emphasis), and military history.
