A choice of dreams by Joy Kogawa - 1974

This is a fascinating association copy with roots in the modern history of Canadian literature. It is the celebrated author's second book of poetry, and it comes from the collection of the influential Canadian literary critic John Metcalf, whose name (in his hand) is in the top right corner of the ffep. The book itself has wear, as you'd expect from a paperback that is almost 50 years old, but still in great shape.
