About This Item

INSCRIBED, DATED [12 October 1984] AND SIGNED BY AUTHOR with also a short note in Chinese characters all at the half-title page. First Edition Thus [1980], so stated. Very Good+ in Wraps: shows just a touch of wear to the lower extremities and corner tips; a hint of sun-blanching to the upper backstrip (the author's name - in white - at the top of same is perhaps less bright due to the sunning but is still perfectly legible) ; else only very mild rubbing to the panels and a light nudge to the bottom of the rear hinge; the binding is square and secure; the text is clean. Free of creases to the backstrip. Free of any creased or dog-eared pages in the text. Free of any underlining, hi-lighting or marginalia or marks in the text. Free of any ownership names, dates, addresses, notations, inscriptions, stamps, plates, or labels. A handsome copy, structurally sound and tightly bound, showing the mildest wear and minor, unobtrusive imperfections. Bright and clean. Close to "As New". NOT a Remainder, Book-Club, or Ex-Library.
