Red cloth with title in blue on front cover and spine. Condition: Good, with light shelfwear to covers. some light foxing to endpapers. Binding sound, no inscriptions. Dustjacket condition: Fair to good, generally shelfworn with some small chips and repaired tears. Some foxing to inner flaps of dustjacket. Not price-clipped. 86pp. 23 colour plates and 62 b/w photographic plates. The aim of this book was to show the most outstanding examples of the varied achievements of the art of China, and includes essays by Laurence Binyon on painting, Bernard Rackham on pottery and porcelain, and Dr.Osvald Siren on sculpture..
