Near Very Good in fair/good DJ. Boards display minor edge wear and spotting, mild sunning to spine, but remain strong and square. Interior displays a name inscription on FLEP "North side book club" 1949-50 names calendar with no other flaws nor imperfections. Appears as very lightly read book. DJ displays wear, minor toning, scattered chipping and repaired tears, as shown. remains strong but definitely displays wear.
