The Child's Reverie by Quinton Jones Oliver. Printed in Salem, Massachusetts by Newcomb & Gauss Co., Printers, in 1951. First edition, 40 pages. It contains 34 poems, and 2 small color circular vignette illustrations by the author. Quinton Oliver Jones (1903-1999), was a man more of the 19th century than of the one in which he actually lived, Jones spent his entire life, with the exception of his four years at Harvard, in the same house on Broad Street. He attended the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. His life was dedicated exclusively to his art and his writing.Condition: Very good or better condition with slight age toning to covers and spine. See photos192E
