This copy has been hand rebound with vellum spine and corners, brown patterned handmade paper boards, sewn signatures, spine lettered simply in black, binding signed PELL inside the rear cover. ; 8-1/4" x 11-1/4"; 128 pp; The colorful original front wrapper has been bound in. The paper it is printed on is foxed, causing foxing to the half-title page. A single spot of foxing inside the rear cover, none elsewhere. Light toning of page edges. Name inked on bookplate of Oakland Bay Unit of the United Federation of Doll Clubs. .

U.S. BUYERS. Standard -- Most orders can be shipped by USPS Media Mail within the continental U.S. for the standard charge regardless of weight. Expedited -- Items which fit in the Flat Rate Envelope (about 6" x 9") can usually be sent by Priority Mail for $10.00; in that case we will automatically reduce the shipping charge for an expedited order when the order is processed. Items which fit in one of the Medium Flat Rate Boxes can ship for the standard expedited charge, regardless of weight.
