About This Item

Book. Good. Hardcover. Doris Harker created her own compilation of poems and illustrations from Child Life magazine circa 1920s-1930s. She cloth covered the boards, and bound up 28 construction paper pages with poems written in ink with a neat hand, and accompanying illustrations from Child Life Magazine. The book is disbound but complete and the brittle construction paper has been extensively repaired. It is now housed in a custom made box to protect it from further damage. .
