About This Item
New York, NY Kodansha International , 1986. Hardcover First Edition (1986); so stated. First Edition (1986); so stated. Good in Very Good+ DJ: The Book shows some dampstaining to the upper corner of the text pages, which has imparted a bit of "crinkliness" to that corner of the pages and some waviness to same; else only a hint soiling to the top edge of the text block and some light sunning to the top edge of the blue-green toned cloth over boards; a small spot of soil to the bottom edge of the text block; the binding is square and secure; the text is clean. Free of underlining, hi-lighting, notations, or marginalia. Free of any ownership names, dates, addresses, notations, inscriptions, stamps, plates, or labels. A handsome copy, structurally sound and tightly bound, showing however a serious flaw. Corners sharp. The DJ shows some scuffing to the head of the backstrip and the backstrip also shows some faint sunning (the white titles thereon are unaffect, bold and clearly legible); else only mild rubbing; the price has not been clipped. Remains attractive and intact, but not without flaw. NOT a Remainder, Book-Club, or Ex-Library. Folio. (12 x 9 x 0.7 inches). 128 pages. Profusely illustrated in color. Foreward by Henry Geldzahler. Language: English. Weight: 38 ounces. Hardback with DJ.
