New York: Wynkoop, Hallenbeck, Crawford Company. Softcover. Fair. Soft bound in brown printed wrappers, 16 p., 20 cm tall (octavo). No date, circa 1922. In 1922 President Harding launched an investigation into the sale of German patents, which had been siezed by the government during WWI, to the Chemical Foundation. The president of the Chemical Foundation was Francis Garvan, who wrote this open letter to President Harding concerning the sale of German patents to the Chemical Foundation. Front wrapper stamped "withdrawn Univ of Wisconsin Library" and a 2 cm paper label with library code affixed to front, no interior library markings. Clean, good binding, very light wear.
