For as long as Sanya Richards-Ross can remember, life was measured in seconds - the fewer, the better. Whether she was running as a child on a dirt track in Jamaica or greeting thousands of fans at the Olympic Games, Sanya reached seemingly insurmountable goals as she raced toward each finish line. Now she speaks hard-won truth to all of us: No circumstance or experience can keep God from having the victory in our lives. Throughout her running career, Sanya worked to hone every phase of the race - PUSH, PACE, POSITION, and POISE. She soon realized the genius of this approach for living our best selves. In Chasing Grace, she passes on her wisdom through her inspiration story - from her Olympic victories to the 2016 Olympic trials when she limped across the finish line and now into retirement. As Sanya writes, "Trusting God's will for my life didn't ensure that I would never face hardship… In fact, it practically assured me I would face trials and tribulations, but I was strengthened by believing that God's plan for me was far better than anything I could ever dream of or imagine." . Signed by Author. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
