Translated from the original French courtesy the National Gallery. First published in 1979, this is the second printing. Huot (1855-1930) was a French Canadian painter best known for his murals on canvas. 20 pages of text followed by reproductions (black and white and full colour) and a 1 page bibliography. The covers show some very light shelf wear and that to the fore corners of the covers. .
