About This Item
New York: Putnam, 1970. 1st Edition 1st Printing. Hardcover. Near Fine/Near Fine. The very scarce true U.S. first printing (stated on copyright page). Near-fine with neat ownership name written on blank page opposite title page, otherwise bright and clean inside and out. In a near-fine dust jacket--$5.95 price intact--with a touch of wear at the spine ends and corners. An excellent copy. Von Daniken's controversial book theorizes that extraterrestrials impacted early human life and was the basis for a 1970 film.
