The top edge of the text block is stamped: “Not For Resale” (see below for explanation). In a very good jacket wiht the price intact on the front flap with a 3/4” closed tear at the upper edge of the front panel. Max Hennessy is the pseudonym used by John Harris. This is his second book in the trilogy of founding of the R.A.F. The book is stamped "Not for Sale" on the title page indicating that it was a review copy.
