London: Hutchinson, 1934. First Edition. Hard Cover. Dust Jacket. First UK Edition. Yellow cloth with black lettering and decorations. McIlvaine B4a. The only Wodehouse story in the book is The Exit of Battling Billson . A neat contemporary name and address and date (September 1934) on the FFEP overall a VG+ copy. In the D/W priced 3/6 net to the top right hand corner of the front cover. The D/W has a small chip to the bottom/middle of the front cover and a touch of minor edge wear elsewhere but is otherwise VG indeed. Bibliographical note: The correct First Edition has a reference (in relation to A Century of Creepy Stories of nearly 100,000 copies sold. Any figure shown which is higher than 100,000 is from an early reprint D/W. Further note: This copy accords with McIlvaine B4a. Furthermore, the English Catalogue of Books has the publication as being September 1934
