London: Duckworth, 1949. 4th impression of collected illustrated album edition (originally published 1940). Large 8vo, pp. [54], [2] + copious b/w illustrations by B. T. B. and Nicolas Bentley. Red cloth, gilt lettering to spine and decoration to upper board. Top edge red. Lettering and decoration dulled. Edges rubbed. Stains to fore-edge. Endpapers and final gathering foxed, former with a few stains. Lightly toned, else, clean and tidy. In good illustrated dust jacket: tanned, edgewear, some creasing and nicking, small losses to spine ends and extremities, tears and staining to spine. Very good/ good.
