Text throughout in Latin, with the preface and notes throughout in French. First Edition.Henri Louis Frédéric de Saussure, was a Swiss mineralogist and entomologist specializing in studies of Hymenoptera and Orthoptera. He also was a prolific taxonomist.Condition:Light soiling to wrappers, light spotting to spine, chips to head and heel of spine; a bit of faint spotting to interior; very good.
