Ordered to be printed, and its further consideration postponed to Wednesday next - June 7, 1858. Views of a Minority of the Committee. "The Committee on the Judiciary, to whom were referred the petitions of Eliphas Spencer and Jacob Mussina, for the impeachment of John C. Watrous, United States district judge for the district of Texas, have had the same under consideration, and the undersigned have resolved to report favorably to the prayer of the petitioners." 30 pp. Disbound government document. Residue from book remains on spine. Paper from book or previous wraps (?) adhered along front spine edge. Top of document pages are starting to seperate. Document has some light foxing, but otherwise is clean and bright. VG condition.. Paperbound. Very Good. Size: Approx. 5 3/4" x 9". Government Document.
