1856. Original manuscripts. Very Good. Handwritten in sepia ink, docketed on verso, 7.5" x 7.5". Instructs Constable Newton Andrew to round up Tilghman Hubbard, Clement Sullivan and Elisha Wright and take them "to Exeter upon the lands of Samuel Collins on the 14th day of June 1856 at 10 o'clock AM to Estimate and Value the Damage...sustained...by cutting timber and pealing bark and carrying away off of the said Samuel Collins land...." Signed by William Loockerman, Justice of the Peace. [Exeter, built in 1800, survives as an historic home near Federalsburg, Maryland.].
