Inscribed copy of the second collection of poems--lyrical, formal, rather mannered--by the prolific but largely forgotten author of such novels as The Asiatics and The Seven Who Fled. First edition. Octavo (6 x 8.75 in.); 50pp.; patterened- paper boards backed with black cloth. Signed and inscribed by Prokosch on the front free endpaper. Near fine, with light shelfwear and some very minor splitting to the board paper at the corners. In a good only jacket with chips, splash marks, and an internally tape-repaired closed tear at head of front panel. Original "5s. net" price still present at base of front flap.

All books ship free with tracking to domestic addresses via USPS Media Mail. In most cases, delivery takes place within a three to ten day window, although the vicissitudes of USPS may apply. Unless otherwise requested, expedited domestic purchases ship via USPS Priority Mail; overseas orders via USPS First Class International. Heavy or oversized books may incur additional shipping charges, as may books shipped to overseas destinations. Any additional charges required will be communicated promptly.

We take safe shipping very seriously; all of our books are packaged in new cardboard boxes amply cushioned with biodegradable packing peanuts. Pamphlets and other flat materials items are ocassionally shipped in bubble-mailers with internal cardboard supports.
