A lovely, bright, above average copy, from the Otto Penzler collection. (24963). Octavo, pp. [i-iv] v-vii [viii-x] 11-287 [288: ad], + 16-page publisher's catalogue inserted at rear, original red cloth, front panel stamped in gold and blind, spine panel stamped in gold, rear panel stamped in blind. Copies of this book were issued with and without a 16-page publisher's catalogue inserted at rear, priority (if any) unknown. This copy has the catalogue.
