New York: Oxford University Press, 1936. Quarter grey cloth over boards (hardcover), gilt title to spine and front board, (10.25 x 6.75 inches). First Edition. xi, 21 pages, plus 25 plates drawn and engraved by the author. Designed and printed for Oxford University Press by William E. Rudge's Sons in Village and Trajan types designed by the author. This printing is the first use of Village Italics, and the only showing of the Roman other than in privately printed editions. Showing light light toning at top edge, else an exceptionally clean, tight and bright copy. First Edition. Cloth. Very Good. Tall Octavo.
