Chicago: Charles H Kerr & Co, 1933. Hardcover. 8vo. Dark red cloth with gilt lettering to spines, front boards ruled in blind. All volumes clean and unmarked, bindings sound. Vol. II: boards slightly bowed; Vol. III: short tear to head of spine. Very good overall. Early US printings: Volume I is dated 1906; II is dated 1933; III is dated 1909.
