US: McNaughton & Gunn, Inc, 1993. Hardback. Very Good +. Signed by the author on title page. Beautiful forest-green leatherbound copy; gilt particulars and decoration to spine and front board. Pages are clean and unmarked. Text block is very lightly soiled at fore edge, but is otherwise clean. Boards are clean and bright; corners bumped ends of spine lightly rubbed. Binding is tight and square.
