US: Savas Woodbury Pub Co, 1994. First Edition, First Printing. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good +. First Hardback Edition, First Printing. Charcoal cloth over boards with gilt particulars in gilt rule and volume numbers in rule to spine. Pages are clean and unmarked, and all fold outs are attached and intact. Two maps in sleeve at front pastedown are included in very good condition. Text block is foxed with scuffing to corner at lower edge. Boards are lightly soiled at center of front board and at top edge of rear board. Lower corners and tail of spine bumped. Binding is tight and square. Dust jacket is clean, bright and unmarked with light creasing to extremities.
