Cambridge: Cambridge University Press. Eight quarto volumes, top edges gilt. Clean ex-seminary library copies in original bindings. Spines uniformly sunned, volume 2 has inner hinges reinforced with black tape, otherwise very good condition. Volume 1 is a fourth printing (1957); others are first, second or third printings from 1936 or earlier.
