Fron free end paper ios inscribed, "85th Birthday March 27th 1955. To my dear sister Myra with loive from Ma Leonard" Front pastdown paper has previous owner's name. Interior is bright and clean while end papers and page edges have some toning from age. Slight right lean. Dust jacket shows chipping, especially at top corners and spine top. Rubbing and some chipping on hinges and flap folds. Spine is somewhat darkened. Now in protective cover. Nice copy of scarce book.
