Harper, 1872. Hardcover. Good/No Jacket. Original brown cloth covers with gilt titles and a black cover design. A Good copy. Book has shelfwear, edgewar, severely bumped corners, soiling to covers and edges of text block, chipping to top and bottom of spine (small pieces missing), a tear to the cloth at the bottom of the spine (about an inch, signatures visible), a tear to the cloth at the top of the spine (about two inches), a cocked spine, toning to pages, a former owner's name on the front endpapers, a tight split at page 16, and a tight split at page 64. No jacket. Interior is otherwise clean and unmarked. 8vo. - over 7¾' in - 9¾' in.
