Beige calf spine with gilt lettering and pink paper over boards with paper label. xix, 146pp. Sepia-tone frontispiece, sepia-tone illustrations, foldout map. Near fine. A superb, handsome first edition of this biography, limited to 200 numbered copies (this #137) signed boldly by Mumey. Scarce, described by Ramon Adams as "The most scholarly research done on this notorious woman." Both the numbered foldout map and the two numbered facsimile pamphlets in rear pastedown pocket are pristine. HOWES M 888. SIX-GUNS 1565.
