About This Item
Melbourne, Australia: Colorgravure Publications, 1955. 1st Edition Seventh printing. Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Melbourne, Australia: Colorgravure Publications, no date (but circa 1955). Stated seventh impression (printing). Laid-in little printed slip explaining what "Copha" is. Profusely illustrated with plenty of color photo plates and even more B&W photos. Tall octavo, color photo-illustrated jacket, buff cloth boards with silver device on cover and silver imprinting on spine, illustrated endpapers, 159 pp. See scans. A Near Fine book which is Fine but for the graceful notations by Myrtle ford on the ffep verso and its opposed half-title page, in a better than Very Good jacket which is price-clipped and shows light roughening at the top front (see scans). Contents gracefully toned, as they will be in any copy which hasn't been vacuum-sealed. I can't make the things they make in this book. I can only buy them. L-fltschc1
