Synopsis
This is the tale of the adventures of Charlie, the youngest cable car in San Francisco. He finds himself terribly bored with his routine, and hears the amazing noise of Chinese New Year happening away from his normal route. He meets Chu Chin Chow, a dragon, is also bored with his job, and decides to give him a ride.
